Step-By-Step Setup

Enable apps from unknown sources

From the Firestick home screen go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options. Toggle on "Apps from Unknown Sources". This lets the Downloader app install the ibo pro player APK.

Install the Downloader app

Go back to home, then click the magnifying-glass search icon. Type "Downloader" and select the orange Downloader app. Press Get / Download. Wait for install to finish.

Open Downloader and enter the download code

Open Downloader. In the URL field, enter the specific download code for ibo pro player (provided in our WhatsApp message). Press Go. The APK will download in 20-30 seconds.

Install the app

When the download finishes, the installer prompt appears. Click Install in the bottom-right. Wait for the green "App installed" confirmation. Tap Done — and Delete to free up space.

Open ibo pro player and note details

From the Firestick home screen, open ibo pro player. Upon first launch, the app will display a **MAC Address** and **Device Key**. Keep this screen open or take a photo.

Restart app and stream

Go back to your Firestick, reload the app or restart it. Your content will load. We recommend bookmarking RedZone, ESPN, and your local affiliate as favorites for fast access.

Troubleshooting

Channels load but buffer every 30 seconds

Switch from WiFi to wired Ethernet (use the official Amazon Ethernet adapter). If that's not possible, try changing your router DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) and reboot the Firestick. 90% of buffering disappears with one of these two fixes.

App says "Invalid MAC or Key" during upload

Double-check that you have entered the MAC address and Key exactly as shown on the TV screen. They are case-sensitive. Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces.

Picture quality is fuzzy / not 4K

Within the player options, ensure playback is set to hardware decoding if available. Also, select the "4K" or "FHD" feed if multiple are listed for a channel. Some channels broadcast in HD by source — that's a network limitation, not a provider one.
