2. Usage Restrictions
Our service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. To ensure quality for all members, the following restrictions apply:
- One Connection Per Subscription: Unless explicitly stated in your plan, you may only use your subscription on one device at a time. Using the same credentials simultaneously on multiple devices will result in automatic suspension.
- No Restreaming: Sharing, reselling, or restreaming our content to third parties is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban without refund.
- Network Security: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or VPNs designed to bypass our security or location restrictions.
3. Content & Availability
We strive to provide highly reliable uptime, but due to the nature of digital streaming, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of any specific channel or stream.
- Channel line-ups are subject to change without prior notice.
- Temporary buffering or freezing can occur due to internet routing, your ISP, or hardware limitations. We recommend a minimum wired connection of 25 Mbps for 4K viewing.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely. Your subscription will remain active for the duration of the cycle you purchased. We do not automatically charge your card for renewals unless you specifically opt-in to a recurring billing plan.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you breach any of these Terms of Service (particularly relating to multi-device sharing or restreaming).
