Google accountSame one signed into the device — needed only for the Play Store install option.
Your MemberTV credentialsM3U or Xtream Codes details we sent you on WhatsApp.

Step-By-Step Setup

1

Open the Play Store (Android TV / phone)

On Android TV, open the Play Store from the home dashboard. On a phone or tablet, open the Play Store app from your app drawer.

2

Install the recommended player

Search for the exact player name we sent on WhatsApp. Click Install. The download takes 20-40 seconds.

3

Open the player and accept permissions

The first launch asks for storage and network permissions — accept both. Storage is needed to cache the EPG; network access is obvious.

4

Add your portal / playlist

Choose Add Playlist or Add Xtream Account. We recommend Xtream — it auto-refreshes channels and the EPG every day.

5

Enter MemberTV credentials

Type your username, password, and server URL exactly as we sent. Save. Channel list syncs in 60-90 seconds.

6

Set the player video engine to ExoPlayer / IJK

Open Settings → Player → Video Engine. ExoPlayer is fastest on most devices. Older Android TV boxes work better with IJK Player. Test both — pick whichever has cleaner playback on your hardware.

7

Pin favorites and start watching

Long-press any channel to mark it a favorite. We recommend pinning RedZone, ESPN, your local affiliate, and your kids' top 3 channels for fast access.

Troubleshooting

Channels load slowly on first open
This is normal — the EPG (electronic program guide) downloads on first launch. Subsequent opens are instant. If it takes more than 3 minutes, check WiFi signal or switch to Ethernet.
Audio out of sync with video
Open Settings → Player → Audio sync and shift by -100ms or +100ms until lip-sync matches. Save per channel if needed. ExoPlayer handles audio sync better than IJK on most modern devices.
Player crashes when changing channels fast
Some Android TV boxes have low RAM. Open Settings → General → Buffer size and lower it from 4 seconds to 2. That reduces memory pressure during channel changes.
