How To Set Up MemberTV On Apple TV 4K

Step-By-Step Setup

Open the App Store

From your Apple TV home screen, open the App Store. Use the Search icon (top-right magnifying glass) to look up our recommended player — we send the exact app name on WhatsApp the moment you sign up.

Install the player

Click Get next to the app. The install completes in about 30 seconds. Open it from your Apple TV home screen.

Add a new playlist / portal

Inside the player, choose Add Playlist or Add Account. Most tvOS players support both M3U URL and Xtream Codes login — we recommend Xtream because it auto-updates the channel list.

Enter your Xtream Codes credentials

Type your username, password, and server URL exactly as we sent. Use the Apple TV remote keyboard or pair an iPhone keyboard via Settings → Remotes to type faster. Save.

Wait for channel sync

The player downloads your channel list and EPG (program guide). This takes 60-90 seconds the first time. Future opens are instant.

Enable 4K + Dolby in settings

Open the player Settings → Video → set buffer size to High and codec to HEVC for best quality. Apple TV will automatically negotiate 4K HDR with compatible feeds.

Troubleshooting

App keeps logging me out
Apple TV will log you out when memory is low. Force-close any other streaming apps (double-press TV button, swipe up). For the player, increase buffer size to High in player settings.
Picture stutters during live sports
Apple TV's WiFi is good — but Ethernet is better for 4K. If that's not an option, change your network DNS in Settings → Network → DNS to Manual: 1.1.1.1.
Closed captions don't show
In the player, open the channel and press the down arrow to bring up the audio/subtitle menu. Toggle CC1 (English). Some live broadcasts only embed CC during commercial breaks — that's a broadcast standard, not a player issue.
